Information to Include

To help us investigate your complaint effectively, please provide:

  • The outcome you are seeking

Our Process

We follow a clear process to handle complaints:

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
  2. Investigation: We will investigate thoroughly, reviewing all relevant information.
  3. Response: We will provide a detailed response within 15 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed.
  4. Resolution: We will propose a resolution and take appropriate action.
  5. Review: We will review our processes to prevent similar issues.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed by senior management. In certain circumstances, you may also refer your complaint to relevant regulatory bodies.

Confidentiality

All complaints are handled confidentially. Information will only be shared with those directly involved in resolving the complaint. We respect your privacy and will not disclose your identity without your consent, unless required by law.
