How to Make a Complaint

Complaint Handling Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt.
- Investigation: We will thoroughly investigate the complaint, reviewing all relevant documentation and speaking to the individuals involved.
- Response: A formal response will be provided within 10 working days of acknowledging your complaint, detailing the findings and any actions to be taken.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the response, you can request a review by senior management. A final decision will be provided within 10 working days of the review request.
