How to Make a Complaint
Complaints can be made by:

  • Emailing us at admin@rkayrecruitment.com.
  • Writing to us at our office address: 3 Kingcup Meadow, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, England, LU5 6SE.
  • Calling our customer service number (if available).

Complaint Handling Process

  1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt.
  2. Investigation: We will thoroughly investigate the complaint, reviewing all relevant documentation and speaking to the individuals involved.
  3. Response: A formal response will be provided within 10 working days of acknowledging your complaint, detailing the findings and any actions to be taken.
  4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the response, you can request a review by senior management. A final decision will be provided within 10 working days of the review request.

We are committed to resolving complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
